If you decide to return the product, you can follow the following process:

After sending, please send us the shipping information and courier number via email [email protected] so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.

Warranty Policy
The warranty period of the sparkling water maker is 12 months after you sign the receipt.If your sparkling water maker does not work within the warranty period, please contact us at [email protected] with photos and videos of the problem and we will confirm the repair time and cost with you.
If the quality of the sparkling water maker is not working, we will pay for the shipping cost.
