Our service hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm (CST) Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Friday will be shipped during the week and orders placed after 6:00 PM Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders are not processed at weekends.
Only US orders are supported
Due to the unstable nature of international shipping, and to ensure the quality of our service, we currently only support orders from the United States.
Delivery time: 6-12 business days
The order processing time is 1-3 business days and the shipping time is 5-9 business days.
Delivery time = order processing time + shipping time
Free shipping on orders over $100
There is a $5 charge for orders less than $100.
We ship by UPS Express from 4432 Amherst Ave, Dallas, Texas with a shipping time of 5-9 business days.
More than 3 business days without delivery
If the order has not been shipped after 3 business days, you can contact us via email at [email protected] and we will process your order as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and your payment amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
Goods lost in transit
If the sparkling water maker is lost in transit, please send an email to [email protected] and we will replace it for you.
Sales tax/remittance fee
Sales tax/remittance fees are borne by the consumer.
